We are looking for an individual who wants to develop his/her skills in the recruitment area as a part-time HR/Recruiter, you are confident, result-oriented, structured, energetic and independent.

Service:

As our Recruiter, you will work with all parts of the recruitment process, such as;

  • Profile analysis, Digital marketing, screening of the CV, headhunting
  • Skills in sourcing techniques and using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ad writing / administration
  • Search in internal and external channels
  • Review and selection of applications
  • Telephone reconciliations and interview initiate with candidates, reference taking

Who are you?

  • Currently Studying at university/ college(HR area) and looking for part-time jobs
  • Summer Internships in the role of Recruiter
  • Previous relevant work experience, for example in recruitment, sales, service or administration
  • Self-reliance and Responsible decision maker
  • Fearless – You are not afraid of being thrown into new areas and tasks
  • You look for constant process improvements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and cross-culture skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken English, fluency in a Swedish language is a plus
